Rate your GP in the UK

Physicians have a tendancy to claim that its unethical to rate hospitals etc. For me its obvious that all services needs to be rated and that patients have a right to know what doctors that just do not deliver. And in the UK the NHS now realised that this is the way forward and its possible there to rate ones GP practice.
